Your First Visit

Typically, at your first appointment, we will clean your teeth, take any necessary xrays, perform a comprehensive exam and cancer screening, and review your medical and dental history and any information supplied by your previous dentist.  Dr Strobel will have a chance to work with you and the hygienist to address any concerns you may have and to plan a course of action if needed.

There are, however, certain circumstances which would necessitate that we do not actually clean your teeth on the first visit.  If periodontal disease or a very comprehensive restorative situation is suspected, we may simply gather information to make the appropriate plans for your next steps with us.  We are willing to back up and take a look at the big picture if necessary.

Please print and fill out the new patient forms(medical and dental history, patient information) from our site.  If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card and/or any applicable insurance information with you as well.
